What part of Miami (South Florida) are you from?
If I were to answer this questions the way I was asked I’d say Hialeah, but in reality I represent all parts of Miami and all of Miami embodies who I am.
Describe yourself in five words.
Blunt, Energetic, Outspoken, Bewildering, Exotic
What’s the one thing you think everyone who visits Miami must do or see?
Everyone who visits Miami has to go to club Space, then end up at 'La Esquina Restaurant' on Flagler to eat a pan con bistec after all of the partying. It’s good Cuban food and it’s open all night.
What outfit in your closet best describes your personal style?
The classic tight black dress that accentuates my curves and my sexy high heel boots. I always wear one long earring on the opposite side that I part my hair.
What’s the one thing you can’t live without?
Family, because honestly they keep me sane.
What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
I skinny dipped at Miami Beach in broad daylight and I don’t regret it.
If you could spend the night out in Miami with any celebrity who would it be and why?
2 chains because I can vibe to his music and I like his style.
What social issue is most important to you?
Discrimination, I feel, being a dark-toned Cuban, that people stereotype and judge before they know. How does someone look a certain race or nationality, we’re all mixed.
What and how would you contribute to the city of Miami?
I would do motivational speaking about body image and bullying to high school/middle school kids and even elementary because when I was a kind I had these problems. I would like to even help girls and women by teaching them how to properly apply makeup etc. Because when you look good, you feel good.
What makes Miami girls different from all other girls?
Miami girls are more diverse then other girls, you don’t have to be from here to fit in and feel at home here.
If you had a magic wand, what would you change about Miami and why?
I would legalize the distribution of marijuana because it would reduce the crime rate, and the city of Miami could prosper economically through taxes, etc. Which in turn can go to the schools and help the students advance themselves through education.
